...Sidi Ifni beach

Sidi Ifni 'belonged' to Spain up until the early 1970's when they handed it back to Morocco. It has a small airstrip that planes used for flying to and from Spain and a small collection of Art Deco buildings including the Spanish consulate and law courts.

It's a quirky little place with a nice feel to it. Increasingly tourism is coming to Sidi Ifni and it doesn't seem long before it will be as over run as Essaouira.

One of my shock absorbers had worn out the rubber bung on the bottom so we used a local garage to help source and replace a new one which was quite fun.

...looking for a tree to go behind

On the map south of Sidi Ifni is a long stretch of beach called 'plage blanch' meaning white beach. There looked to be an interesting piste that ran just behind the coastline so we decided to give that a go and have a look.

It was a fairly bumpy ride, slow going more than anything, but with beautiful views and interesting scenery it well worth it. It feels quite remote in places as well, so good for camping and hanging out.
