...good dog

After a few days a French registered camper van pulled up next to me in the campsite and much to my surprise an energetic englishmen by the name of Jerry jumped out.

Jerry and I became good friends over the next week, and luckily I also developed a friendship with Figi, his lovely but sometimes overprotective dog.

...jerry pondering failed mountain climb

We mucked about together, sharing experiences and taking walks, including a failed attempt at the mountain pictured above right. It was good to have some nice company, even if Jerry had to put up with me trying to get him interested in reading Noam Chomsky and William Blum.

Tata campsite is one of the best in Morocco, and a good place to hang out for a few days enjoying the quiet surroundings, friendly locals and awesome scenery.

...blue td5 featured in 'overland vehicles'

The shiny new landy pictured above also turned up after a few days with a nice dutch couple behind its steering device. They were kind enough to volunteer to be filmed for my 'Overland Vehicles' dvd which will be finished at some point after the Morocco one.
