The donkey above was also quite chuffed when I saw him. I stayed in the campsite at Tafroute even though the owner is a complete tosser and makes your stay unpleasant with his constant pestering and allowance of the equally pesky carpet sellers in.

I only stayed to have a shower and fill up with water. Dying of thirst and being smelly is almost better than putting up with the owner.

The surrounding valley almost makes up for him though.

This was also one of the few times I used my tent. As its cold at night, and often a bit windy I mostly slept inside.
