I spent a day pottering about and hoping the weather would clear. The wind had picked up and the next piste through to Merzouga is one of the classic runs in Morocco.

So I wondered around the local area, took a few photos and stocked up on supplies (same ones all the time - water, bread, fruit and veggies).

The bloke who ran the place was nice enough and in better condition than their shoddy camels. Poor fellas didn't look in good condition.

The auberge is called Kasbah Ait Isfoul I think, about 6km north of Tagounite.
